Sobre a suposta suspensão de fundos, as eventuais sanções e a possível ida ao Tribunal de Justiça da UE – Hoje no Público – Lá vamos nós “E assim chegamos ao ponto em que a batata quente já foi passada demasiadas vezes entre Comissão e Conselho. De qualquer das formas, o mal já está feito, em mais uma vitória para os irresponsáveis políticos na Europa. A haver anúncio de sanções poderia ao menos retirar-se como boa conclusão desta história o recurso do governo ao Tribunal de Justiça da UE. Não apenas contra as sanções, mas como ocasião de expor (como defendo aqui há anos) a fundamental incompatibilidade das políticas da troika com os tratados europeus.
